fix: pypi wheels - #47
Conversation
Wheels were built for one interpreter each (cp39 on Linux, cp312 on macOS), and there is no sdist, so `pip install sandd` failed with "No matching distribution" on Linux with Python 3.10+ and on macOS with anything but 3.12. Build abi3 wheels (abi3-py38, matching requires-python >= 3.8): one wheel per platform for every CPython >= 3.8. Checked on 3.9, 3.12, 3.13 and 3.14. publish-pypi uploaded everything in target/wheels, so a stale wheel from an earlier version bump got published as 0.1.1. build-wheels now starts from an empty target/wheels. The upload line was echoed by make with `--password <token>` in it. Pass the token through MATURIN_PYPI_TOKEN in the environment instead, so it is neither printed nor visible in `ps`. Bump protocol, server, daemon and the Python package to 0.2.1, along with the sandd-protocol dependency pin, Cargo.lock, and the version pins in the README and the release Dockerfiles. 0.2.1 is the first release with abi3 wheels, installable on any CPython >= 3.8.
