Release caps lock from shift recapitalization when the word is finished - #667

When a word is changed to upper case with shift (shift_recapitalizes_word), caps lock stays on while typing that word, but is released after the word, so the next word is normal again. Follow-up to #607: when a word is changed to UPPER CASE with shift, caps lock stays on while typing that word, but was also kept for the following words. Now it is released when the word is finished, so the next word is normal again. Caps lock enabled manually by the user is not affected.
