Yu Lun Hsu, kata builder. Same form, every day, until it blooms. A year of contributions drawn as one brush stroke per day; the busiest days are in bloom.


Founder of Torch Finance, stablecoin liquidity on TON and Curve Finance's official TVM partner.

Kata is Japanese for form: a short sequence you repeat every day, until one day it blooms. I build software the same way. These days the forms are speech recognition that runs on your own machine, a game built by a coding agent, and small tools that make those agents easier to live with.


Form 01: Torch Finance. Stablecoin liquidity on TON, and Curve Finance's official TVM partner. Founder and architect.

Form 02: Sumi. Press a key, speak, and the words land at your cursor, already tidied.

Form 03: Eldor. A spirit-battle RPG in the browser, built by a coding agent I directed. Six elements on a ring, each beating the next.

Form 04: qwen3-asr-rs. Qwen3-ASR speech recognition in pure Rust, streaming on Metal and CUDA.

Form 05: paste-preview. See the images you paste into Claude Code, and circle what matters.

Form 06: tondynasty-contracts. Reusable traits and standards for TON smart contracts, written in Tact.
