xen-pciback seizes a hidden device in an fs_initcall, but the Xen IOMMU registered from a device_initcall. Registering probes every PCI device that already exists, so a hidden device was found with a driver bound and the IOMMU core warned about a late probe at driver bind. Register from subsys_initcall_sync instead, so the IOMMU is in place before pciback binds anything. Signed-off-by: Alex Zenla <alex@edera.dev>
