I'm an image-processing engineer working where camera ISP meets robotics. My day job is designing ISP algorithms for image sensors: RAW denoise, highlight reconstruction, HDR and image-quality metrics. Before that I built perception, planning and simulation for robots.
What I'm exploring now
- vla-isp-probe: does camera RAW processing matter for vision-language-action robot policies?
- ISO12233: a measured reconstruction of the ISO 12233 resolution chart, for camera simulation and image-quality experiments
- hamster-wheel-tracker: low-cost computer vision on a Jetson Nano
- StayInk: keeps the Kindle Scribe's screen visible while it sleeps (research stage)
Earlier work (archived): particle-filter localization, NDT scan matching, car-like and robot-arm control, virtual-camera simulation, RGB-D SLAM.
