I work on web development, website security and Linux infrastructure, with 15+ years of experience since June 2011. My work includes troubleshooting, integrations, maintenance and recovery for WordPress, Magento and custom applications. I am Founder of VMCSoft Digital and Lead Engineer at ViWeb Technology, its web services line, and work part-time with iCreationsLab.

Open to freelance, part-time and fractional engineering work. Scope, weekly hours and start date are agreed per engagement.

At ViWeb Technology, I manage 3 web servers, including 2 supporting 10 websites for Vietnam Dragon Travel, covering maintenance, security and backups. I also manage additional servers for Pacific Wise.

I work part-time with iCreationsLab on infrastructure architecture, security and complex troubleshooting across 20+ servers supporting an estimated 200+ websites. I work with the team handling day-to-day operations. Through iCreationsLab, I support websites for organizations including Kuok Group, NHG Health and Singapore Heart Foundation.

• Anonymous server recovery: Investigated and recovered a compromised server hosting 30+ client websites. Services returned to normal within an eight-hour recovery window, with no known data loss after restoring S3 backups and reconciling newer updates.
• Anonymous AI support integration: Designed and implemented an AI first-line support integration with LiveChat.com, deployed its runtime on Cloudflare and handle ongoing operation, including knowledge retrieval and human handoff. Operator-reported estimates: approximately 1,000 conversations per month, with 30% resolved without human handoff.
• AeroDNS: open-source Android DNS utility with 5K+ downloads on Google Play (as of October 2026).

Selected small tools: AeroDNS, HeaderSec, ListIPs, Pingeko and DiagEZ, included as examples of my development and maintenance work.

• Context Docs: an experimental open-source Markdown convention and reusable agent skill for project continuity. The public evaluation notes document its limits. GitHub source.
• Testing AI outage decisions one fact at a time — an AI-assisted experiment with fictional incidents, paired scenarios and reproducible scoring. Includes public Kaggle evidence; not a production-safety certification.

Additional recognition: Replit Expert on Contra. Small sample apps are self-initiated demos, separate from client work.
