I'm a theoretical physicist working on quantum devices, and I build the software that this work needs. I'm a WINQ postdoctoral fellow at Nordita in Stockholm. My research covers superconducting qubits, Josephson junctions, hybrid superconductor-semiconductor devices, and altermagnets. I combine analytical theory, numerical simulation, and close collaboration with experimental groups. Before Nordita I was a postdoc at New York University, did my PhD at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen, and studied at Politecnico di Milano, Politecnico di Torino, and KTH.
📝 Latest: A magnetic twist that steers light, my new Physical Review Letters paper on altermagnets, explained for a general audience. The code behind it is in amtextures_helix.

- Quantum Minesweeper (
quantum-minesweeper): every cell is a qubit, and you measure or apply Clifford gates to find or clear the mines. - Qapture the Flag (
qapture-the-flag): two teams contest one shared qubit, and the Born rule picks the winner. Made at the Lorentz Center workshop Advancing Quantum Technology with Quantum Games (Leiden, 2026).
