Regenerate the bitcoin_tracker project scaffold on Django 6.1.2 (adds asgi.py, current settings/urls/wsgi/manage.py) and regenerate both migrations so they match what the updated Django Migrations: A Primer tutorial shows. Pin Django, asgiref, and sqlparse in requirements.txt and refresh the README setup instructions.
