SPIRV-Tools and Vulkan-ValidationLayers are missing for now. VVL 1.4.363 needs SPIRV-Tools 2026.4, which still has no final tag upstream, only v2026.4.rc2 (KhronosGroup/SPIRV-Tools#6927). I'll add both here once it's out.

SPIRV-LLVM-Translator22 22.1.7 changes the layout of SPIRV::TranslatorOpts without a SONAME bump, so mesa probably needs a revbump. Still checking.

After SPIRV-Tools goes in, glslang, shaderc, mesa and eden need a revbump since they link it statically.

Update: SPIRV-Tools 2026.4 got its final tag, so SPIRV-Tools and Vulkan-ValidationLayers are included now. mesa does use TranslatorOpts (clc_helpers.cpp), so it's rebuilt here. glslang, shaderc and eden are rebuilt to pick up SPIRV-Tools 2026.4. Previous SPIRV-Tools updates didn't do this, so let me know if that's the right call.
